Feedback is proud to announce that Executive Vice President and head of research Dean Browell, PhD, has been elected to the national Board of Directors of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), an American Hospital Association membership group. The three-year position follows his nine years of involvement in the organization that has included chairing the Emerging Media Task Force, co-chairing the Education Task Force, speaking, writing, and teaching on multiple levels. Feedback has sizable healthcare experience on a global level, where we have shared our expertise with and conducted research for clients and audiences across the United States and for the UK National Health Service. The announcement of Dean’s election was made by SHSMD President Larry Margolis at the Annual Conference on September 12, 2016.

To celebrate and thank our longtime colleagues and supporters, we gathered with great friends and views at a joint reception with the respected strategists of Corrigan Partners (http://www.corriganpartners.com) at the beautiful offices of B2B experts Slack and Company (http://www.slackandcompany.com). Meanwhile at the conference, a star-studded line up of respected speakers and peers helped celebrate the organization’s twentieth anniversary including former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Don Berwick and famed White House Correspondent Ann Compton.
